We deliver within Germany and throughout the European Union. For international shipping outside the EU, please contact our customer service.

Shipping costs

There is a standard shipping charge of €6.99 for all orders. Shipping is free for orders over €50.

Shipping time

Your order will be delivered within 3-4 weeks from the order date. You will receive a confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Delayed deliveries

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service. We will investigate the delay and endeavour to resolve it promptly.

Return conditions

Return of orders

Since our products are made to customer specifications or clearly personalized, they cannot be returned according to Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 1 of the German Civil Code. Returns due to changes of mind are therefore excluded. Returns are only possible if there is a defect or the product does not meet the order specifications.

Conditions for returned goods

Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging. We cannot accept returns on used, damaged or altered items.

How to return

To initiate a return for defective or incorrect items, please contact our customer service department to obtain return authorization and instructions.

You will be responsible for return postage costs unless the product is faulty. We recommend using an insured shipping service as we cannot accept liability for loss in transit.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment if the return is approved. We endeavor to process refunds as quickly as possible.

Defective or incorrect items

If you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a free return, exchange or refund.
