5. Our offer

Our offers are valid while stocks last. Errors excepted.

6. Custom-made and perfect fit

At SILAI, we ensure that each suit is perfectly tailored to your measurements and style preferences. We use an advanced, GDPR compliant measuring process that guarantees a precise and personalized fit.

After placing your order, you will receive detailed instructions via email for a guided measuring guide. Should your suit require adjustments after delivery, we offer free alteration services to achieve the perfect fit.

Your satisfaction and privacy are our highest priority, and we strive to provide a customized tailoring experience that is safe and personalized to your needs.

7. The contract

A contract is concluded when a customer accepts an offer from SILAI and fulfills the specified conditions.

8. Right of withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, unless different conditions apply. This does not apply to customized or personalized products.

9. Customer’s obligations

During the withdrawal period, the Customer must handle the product and its packaging with care and may only unpack or use it to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

10. Exercise of the right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform SILAI within the established deadline and in the manner indicated.

11. Obligations of SILAI in case of revocation

SILAI will refund all payments made by the Customer, including delivery costs, within the specified period after receipt of the returned product.

12. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

Products that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly personalized, such as tailor-made suits, are excluded from the right of withdrawal according to Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

13. Prices

The prices of products and services include VAT and are clearly indicated. SILAI reserves the right to adjust prices for the reasons specified in these Terms and Conditions.

14. Conformity and warranty

SILAI ensures that products and services comply with the contract, specifications and reasonable standards of reliability and use.

15. Delivery and execution

Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. We deliver with the utmost care.

16. Payment

At SILAI, we place great value on transparency and simple processing, including payment. To ensure that your order is processed smoothly, we ask that you pay in full when ordering.
