Shipping destinations
We offer shipping across Germany, Europe, and select international destinations including the USA. For deliveries outside the mentioned areas, please contact our customer service team to discuss shipping options and rates.
Shipping costs
There is a standard shipping charge of €6.99 for all orders. Shipping is free for orders over €180.
Delivery times
- EU countries: 4-5 weeks
- USA and other countries: 5-6 weeks
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
Delayed deliveries
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service. We will investigate the delay and endeavour to resolve it promptly.
Return of orders
Since our products are made to customer specifications or clearly personalized, they cannot be returned according to Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 1 of the German Civil Code. Returns due to changes of mind are therefore excluded. Returns are only possible if there is a defect or the product does not meet the order specifications.
Conditions for returned goods
Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging. We cannot accept returns on used, damaged or altered items.
How to return
To initiate a return for defective or incorrect items, please contact our customer service department to obtain return authorization and instructions.
We will be responsible for return postage costs if the product is faulty. We recommend using an insured shipping service as we cannot accept liability for loss in transit.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment if the return is approved. We endeavour to process refunds as quickly as possible.
Defective or incorrect items
If you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a free return, exchange or refund.
